The Service Reception

The Prestige Automobile After Sales department utilises official BMW Technical Tools and strictly adheres to BMW's globally-recognised 8-step process to ensure the best service is delivered on every job. Our 5 Service Advisors and 3 Service Assistants are all highly-trained and BMW-certified.

The Prestige Automobile Workshop

Our workshop is operated by certified technical staff and is fully-equipped for complete diagnostics, testing and servicing. The workshop includes:
  • At-vehicle Consultations.
  • A Test Lane for Suspension & Break Testing, Noise Diagnostics and High Voltage Diagnostics
  • Energy Stations (Air & Current)
  • LAN Connections
  • Charging Capabilities.
  • Washing and Detailing Section (Launching in September 2017)

Training Department

Our training department is privileged to have our own highly-experienced, in-house BMW-certified trainer, enabling us to conduct BMW Courses at Prestige Automobile itself and ensuring each and every one of our staff are able to operate at BMW standards.

The Prestige Automobile Body Shop

Our state-of-the-art Collision Repair Centre is designed for efficiency delivery. Our Body Shop team are able to return a damaged vehicle to its original state and perform perfect cosmetic repairs. We were also the first automobile company in Sri Lanka to introduce water-based automobile painting, making us a pioneer in the field.

Warranty Department

Strengthened by our advanced technical capabilities, our warranty department is able to issue and fulfil warranty agreements that meet BMW, MINI and Hyundai standards.

Road Side Assistance

We offer a 24/7 island-wide Mobility Guarantee free for breakdowns and other issues that may affect the functioning of your vehicle while on the road. We are committed to ensuring, your car is restored to perfect condition as soon as possible.

Parts Department

We have established parts stores at the Prestige Automobile Workshop and Body Shop, all connected to our central warehouse which is handled by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. This enables us to achieve a parts availability of 98% which is above the automobile industry's standard. In addition, we maintain a parts demand satisfaction rate of 93% which is on par with global standards and we initiate regular consultation programmes conducted by BMW, MINI and Hyundai, to ensure the parts department continues its robust operations.

BMW AND MINI AFTER SALES SERVICES

The BMW and MINI After Sales departments utilise official Technical Tools. We strictly adhere to BMW’s globally-recognised 8-step process to ensure the best service is delivered on every job. Our Service Advisors and Service Assistants are all highly-trained and BMW-certified.

In recognition of this commitment, we won two of the total four awards presented at the BMW Asia After Sales Conference 2016. Prestige Automobiles was feted for Best Customer Care & Best Accessories Sales. Our vision is to be the best After Sales Service in the Automobile Industry, and it is a mission we are constantly investing on.

BMW and MINI Training Department

Our training department is privileged to have our own highly-experienced, in-house certified trainers, enabling us to conduct BMW and MINI Courses at Prestige Automobile itself and ensuring each and every one of our staff are able to operate at international standards.

HYUNDAI AFTER SALES SERVICES

Hyundai strengthens the technical standard and service of our service advisors and repairs staff with diverse training programs and certification systems, put in place provide premium value to customers.

Our General Repairs Centre, located at the showroom is tasked with electronic and electrical diagnostics while the Unit Repairs Section is responsible for the repair and maintenance of engine, transmission and suspension systems.

Hyundai Training Department

The Global Service Support Centre (GSSC) provides next-generation remote diagnosis and support services for difficult repairs, to ensure speedy and accurate maintenance.
